A True Story: someone uploaded one of our torah stories to Spotify without permission. Spotify is not a channel we align with on an organizational level due to the ads that may play before the audio, of which we have no control. These advertisements vary widely, from downright odd to fully inappropriate. For this reason we have never used Spotify as a means of distribution, nor want it associated with us.

Professor Torah Productions is a tax-deductible, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) educational organization dedicated to reaching and educating children and families in the ways of the Torah. Our mission is to inspire learning, strengthen Jewish values, and provide high-quality educational content that fosters a love for Torah and mitvos.
As a nonprofit, we rely on a combination of donations, sales, pro bono work and structured distribution partnerships (Naki & 24/6) to sustain our efforts. While our goal is to make Torah learning accessible to as many families as possible, it is equally important that we safeguard our intellectual property from unauthorized digital sharing. Protecting our content ensures that we can continue producing high-quality educational materials, compensate the educators and artists who bring our work to life, and maintain the sustainability of our organization.
To fulfill our mission responsibly, we have exclusive agreements with specific distribution channels that allow us to share our materials in a structured and impactful way. Unauthorized distribution undermines these agreements and can negatively impact the very funding that enables us to continue producing enriching Torah-based content.
We kindly ask our supporters to respect these guidelines and help us maintain the integrity of our educational mission. By purchasing through our official channels and refraining from unauthorized sharing, you are directly contributing to the growth of Torah education and ensuring that we can continue bringing meaningful Jewish learning experiences to children and families worldwide.
While in the past, a page like this was not necessary, unfortunately, we have noticed an uptick in people purchasing stories and sharing them unfettered to other platforms without permission. We take the protection of our intellectual property seriously for the aforementioned reasons, and will actively pursue takedown actions against individuals or platforms that violate these rights.
